NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY AS TO STUDENTS
The Mesivta Kesser Torah of Baltimore Inc. admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
Mesivta Kesser Torah of Baltimore, Inc. is a religious educational institution operating in the State of Maryland pursuant to an exemption granted by the Maryland Higher Education Commission, without a certificate of approval from the Commission, as specified in the Code of Maryland Regulations 13B.02.04.
Mesivta Kesser Torah participates in the CACFP and follows the USDA Nondiscrimination Policies.
